Ask Mandy, who, after 13yrs at Ardoch successfully tackling student disadvantage and poverty, joined Variety in late 2019 with a goal of building organisational sustainability to safeguard long-term support for thousands of vulnerable children. Faced with COVID’s decimation of Variety’s main revenue source (face-to-face events), Mandy dedicated her efforts to creating, diversifying and building new revenue streams by harnessing innovation to attract and engage multi-generational digital donors in online fundraising campaigns like Level-Up-For-Kids, Petember and more.
