Corinne Hodson

Corinne Hodson is co-ordinator of the Ngiyang Wayama Data Network, on top of her existing role. The Ngiyang Wayama Data Network is an Aboriginal data network on the Central Coast of NSW. Corinne has engaged tirelessly across the Aboriginal community to build data skills and confidence as part of the process of empowering Aboriginal people in data sovereignty through promoting ownership of their own data. The Network is gaining national attention as an Australian first because of the operationalising of data sovereignty principles that is core to the Network’s work.
