PMC assists pensioners and people down on their luck pay for life saving surgery at vet practises across Victoria. PMC's vision is to expand operations to meet the growing needs of all disadvantaged Australians and ensure their companion and assistance pets remain healthy, happy and ready to improve the lives of their people.
