Kate Jenkins

Kate is a visionary, fearless and strategic leader whose advocacy and action on gender equality has driven real change in Australian workplaces and beyond. For 25 years Kate has been leading change in corporate, government and community sectors, particularly through human rights and equal opportunity law. Her pro bono roles involve work in human and family services, sport, gender equality, diversity, education and the arts.
As Australia's sex discrimination commissioner, Kate is accelerating change to lead to real gender equality within Australia and beyond - in our homes and communities, at work, in parliament, in sport, the arts and media.
