Philip Chan
Philip is a young leader in children’s rights law and policy. He is the youth advisor to the United Nations on landmark reforms for the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and is the leader of the Australian delegation to the 2016 APEC Youth Forum in Peru. At the University of Sydney, he works in policy and project management to assist disadvantaged students to enter university. He has been a UNICEF Young Ambassador, Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Scholar and previously worked in the pro bono and litigation teams at DLA Piper, one of the world’s largest law firms.
