Tania de Jong AM is a leading Australian social entrepreneur, soprano, inspirational speaker and creative innovation catalyst. She has worked tirelessly for over 25 years contributing her time and talents to the not-for-profit and social sector and the wider Australian business and creative community. As Founder of Creativity Australia she works with a range of marginalised individuals (including migrants, people with depression and disabilities and job seekers) and communities to build supportive networks and wellbeing through the acclaimed “With One Voice” choir social inclusion programs and online global community singing challenge Sing for Good.

Tania founded The Song Room in 1999 which has provided access to creative learning and wellbeing for over 350,000 disadvantaged Australian children. As well as creating these charities, Tania is also the founder of Creative Universe, Creative Innovation Global, acclaimed opera/music theatre group Pot-Pourri, MTA Entertainment & Events and co-working space Dimension5 to drive social innovation and collaboration.
